FedoCare Child Safety Standards
FedoCare has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). FedoCare is intended for adults aged 18 and over.
Prohibited conduct and content
Users must not use FedoCare to create, upload, request, share, promote or facilitate:
- Sexual exploitation, abuse, grooming, trafficking or endangerment of a child
- CSAM or any sexualized depiction of a person under 18
- Sextortion, solicitation or attempts to move a child into unsafe communication
- Content or conduct that violates applicable child-safety laws
Reporting a safety concern
Users can report a child-safety concern through the support contact shown inside FedoCare or by emailing fedocare@asc.lk. Use the subject Urgent child safety report. Do not email or forward suspected illegal images; provide only the account name, message reference and other non-graphic information needed to locate the concern.
Our response
FedoCare reviews credible reports promptly. We may preserve relevant records, restrict or remove accounts and content, and report suspected CSAM or child exploitation to the appropriate authorities where required by law. We cooperate with lawful investigations and do not knowingly permit prohibited users to continue using the service.
