FedoCare Privacy Policy

FedoCare is a social-support platform operated by Advanced Systems Consultants (Pvt) Ltd. It connects adults seeking companionship or everyday assistance with service providers. FedoCare is intended for users aged 18 and over.
1. Information we collect
Depending on the features you use, FedoCare may collect:
- Account and profile information: name, login name, age, gender, email address, telephone numbers, account type, profession, profile photograph, preferences and remarks.
- Emergency-contact information: the name and telephone number entered by the account holder.
- Location information: country, district, city, selected support location, map coordinates supplied during registration or profile maintenance, and approximate login location when location permission was previously granted.
- Support activity: support requests, availability, dates, times, responses, acceptances, cancellations, ratings, notes, alerts, messages and related service history.
- Device and security information: device identifier, device name, platform, application version, notification token, IP address, login history and security events.
- Technical information: diagnostic references, service errors and information needed to protect and maintain the application.
FedoCare does not read your phone contacts, call history, SMS history or personal calendar. Please do not enter confidential medical records or diagnostic information into free-text fields.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- Create, authenticate and maintain Requester and Provider accounts
- Match support requests with suitable providers
- Manage schedules, availability, responses and service history
- Send in-app, push, email or configured SMS notifications
- Display relevant contact and profile details after appropriate interactions
- Prevent misuse, protect accounts, investigate incidents and enforce service rules
- Maintain backups, monitor reliability and improve FedoCare
- Meet applicable legal obligations
3. Location permissions
FedoCare requests location only for features that need it. Login location is collected only when the device has already granted location permission and location services are enabled. Location permission can be changed through the device settings. Refusing optional location access does not prevent ordinary login.
4. How information is disclosed
FedoCare does not sell personal information and does not use personal data for third-party advertising. Information may be disclosed:
- Between Requesters and Providers when necessary to coordinate an accepted or relevant support request
- To hosting, email, notification, backup and communications providers acting on our behalf
- To Google Firebase for Android push-notification delivery
- To authorized administrators who support, secure and operate FedoCare
- When required by law, a valid legal request, or to protect users and the public
Service providers receive only the information needed to perform their functions and are expected to protect it appropriately.
5. Data security
FedoCare uses encrypted HTTPS connections, authenticated sessions, authorization controls, login throttling, restricted administration, encrypted notification tokens, encrypted backups, monitoring and audit records. No system can guarantee absolute security, but we maintain safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information processed.
6. Retention
Active account information is retained while the account is used. Records may be retained for legitimate security, dispute-resolution, operational or legal purposes. After a verified deletion request, directly identifying account data is normally deleted or anonymized within 30 days. Encrypted backup copies may retain deleted data for up to 180 days before automatic expiry. Some restricted records may be retained longer where required by law.
7. Your choices and rights
Users may:
- Review and update profile information through FedoCare
- Change device permissions through Android settings
- Control supported email, SMS and push-notification preferences
- Request access, correction or deletion of personal information
- Request deletion of their FedoCare account and associated data

8. Children
FedoCare is intended only for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly permit children to create accounts. We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation and maintain separate Child Safety Standards.
9. International processing
Some technology providers may process information in countries other than the user's country. Where this occurs, we use the service for the purposes described in this policy and apply available contractual and security safeguards.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when FedoCare, legal requirements or our service providers change. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page.
